When you make an enquiry on the phone, by email or in the studio, I will request no more information than is necessary to help you with your enquiry, this is usually only a name, a contact number and an email address. If you go onto purchase an item which will be sent in the post, then an address will also be required. Your data collected from your enquiry is never shared with any third parties.

When you make a purchase through this website your data is also collected only so that we can fulfill your order.

I collect your data for giving quotations and advice and providing the best overall customer experience.

If you purchase through this website your data is collected only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and I never use your details to send out email marketing or newsletters. After I have sent your order I may contact you by email to ask for your feedback, which helps me maintain and improve my service. You are under no obligation to respond, though your help would be greatly appreciated.
